             Refunds and Returns

I must be notified immediately regarding pottery damaged in shipping so that it may be reported to the shipper. Please email me photos of the damaged piece, packing materials used and damage to the box if any. The USPS require this for paying a claim. 

I want you to be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not satisfied, please email me within 5 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for prompt, safe return of the pottery and return shipping costs in order to receive a refund for the price of the item only. Postage cannot be refunded.


Customer privacy is important to me. Your information will never be shared. It is

used solely for The Clay Rhino information and contact.

When you purchase anything from The Clay Rhino Pottery, you agree to hold Kathy Long harmless from any loss, damage, or injury due to any products purchased from her. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item purchased. All items offered on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind whether express or implied. I reserve the right to update these policies at any time
